RATE CARD 2024

Capacity – Sellable to 350 Between 2 rooms
The rates apply to all shows penciled from 1st Nov 2023, based on a 3-hour show,

Load in from 4pm, soundchecks from 5pm.
All costs are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Fixed Charges
Venue Hire: £250

Included in hire:
o PA system
o Lighting system
o Cleaning
o Security
o WiFi
o A list of recommended sound and light engineers

Additional charges are made for as required:
o Box Office – £50 for 3 hrs box office any extra after that will be at £18 per hour
o Early Load In – £30 per hour
o Extra Opening – £50 per hour
o Rider Water – £15 a case (24 cans)
o Rider Beer – £25 a case (24 cans)
o Confetti / glitter clean-up – £75
o Any Extra Equipment that will be needed for the Show

Ticketing
We require a minimum on-sale allocation of 25% for the venue.

The Venue will transfer your ticket sales through our platform 4-7 Days after the event.

We are more than happy to discuss targets to be achieved to get your hire fee back.
